The MTC was founded by Mike Medici, a 15-year MLB scout who previously served as a D1 Recruiting Coordinator. Mike is passionate about player development and teaching the game of baseball. When MTC was initially opened there was a strong emphasis on incorporating technology into training, the goal of helping players improve.
